    • This is one of the most exciting parts of the program, where you will experience the importance of breathing exercises and why to use them in meditation and separately in every moment you feel down or have any negative feelings visiting you. I will guide you through 4 of the most important breathing exercises that are easy to implement and energize you instantly in minutes.
  • Module 5: Mindfulness and Meditation
    • Mindfulness is another powerful tool that makes us calmer, whole, and collected. It empowers us to deal with our emotions in a way that enhances our lives. Body Scan Meditation and Progressive Relaxation Meditation are great exercises to raise our mindfulness capabilities.
  • Module 6: Mantras in Meditation
    • Mantras and incantations are powerful tools when used in the right way to adjust our beliefs. Using them in meditation, when we are in the Alpha state has a huge impact on reprogramming our subconscious mind.
  • Module 7: Thought Observation In Meditation
    • One of the misconceptions is that meditation is to silence our thoughts and we don’t have to think in meditation. In this module, we will learn what are the thoughts, why thoughts are important, how to go with our thoughts and honor them. This meditation helps in increasing our abilities to tame the cobra in our mind and our capabilities to deal with our thought in the right way that empowers us to gain success in life.
