As a women empowerment and prosperity coach, therapist, meditation teacher, hypnotherapist, Sleeping Guru, chakra teacher, healer, and Reiki Master, I have dedicated years to helping women transform their lives.
I am the CEO and Founder of Apex Life Academy, where my goal is to assist women in their personal growth and transformational journeys. My passion for helping others drives me to make a positive impact through coaching, therapy, and healing.

I know firsthand how hard it can be to find time for self-care, so I offer online classes, workshops, and retreats that fit into even the busiest women’s schedules. Our approach is simple but powerful, and it helped hundreds of women learn to manage stress, anxiety, and depression.
