- Your copy of the SuperMomz Mandala Coloring Book (available on Amazon). This is your main workbook for all 10 modules.
- Coloring tools like pencils, markers, or crayons.
- A quiet, comfortable corner where you can breathe, color, and relax.

Everything else, music, breathwork guidance, and meditations, is already built into the course.
You can watch the videos, listen to the audios, and download all PDFs from any device. Each lesson includes step-by-step guidance, embedded meditation tracks, and printable tools to enhance your learning.
The SuperMomz Mandala Coloring Mini Course is a self-paced creative wellness experience that blends art therapy, guided breathwork, and Solfeggio sound healing to support relaxation, emotional regulation, and nervous system balance.
